Yin Yoga Healing

This workshop offers a gentle and intentional Yin Yoga practice designed to support trauma release and nervous system healing. Through long-held postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, participants will explore physical and emotional release, creating space for healing and post-traumatic growth. By targeting connective tissues and energetic meridian lines, this practice helps move stagnant energy, ease tension, and support the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore. You'll leave with tools to bring calm, resilience, and mindful awareness into your daily life—both on and off the mat.
