Acupuncture
Trained in Traditional style acupuncture based on thousands of years of practice, Golden Flower Healing will find and treat the root cause of your illness or condition and restore balance to your body's systems. Treatments are based on your unique needs and seek to heal at the root, not just treat individual symptoms.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is the use of burning sticks of a compressed plant called mugwort that is held over painful areas in need of healing. It is pleasant and effective. The effects are increased blood and QI flow and warming of areas that are affected by cold or stagnant conditions. The gentle heat feels soothing and pulls inflammation out of the body. Infrared heat lamps are also available to infuse the body with comfort and healing.

Fire Cupping
Fire Cupping is the use of small glass jars heated with fire to create a gentle vacuum on your skin. Fire Cupping can relieve pain caused by stagnation by allowing blood and Qi to flow to the affected area. Wonderful experience for releasing muscle tension

Plum Blossoming
Plum Blossoming is the use of a small tool with a disposable head that contains tiny needles. It is used to thicken and regrow hair. It is an effective drug-free treatment for thinning hair and hair loss. The plum blossom is tapped on the area gently causing microscopic holes which allow blood, oxygen and Qi to nourish the hair roots.

Gua Sha and Massage
Tuina or Chinese massage is it's own school of Chinese massage. It is highly effective and enjoyable. Gua Sha is the use of a small jade tool to firmly move over the skin and muscle which increases circulation of blood and Qi. These treatments increase microcirculation and breaks up stagnation which is the cause of pain in TCM. Gua Sha reduces inflammation and promotes healing and is generally a pleasant experience.

Facial Rejuvenation
Facial rejuvenation treatments involve the use of several modalities of TCM to diagnose and treat issues on the face that cause premature aging. After diagnosis, a full body acupuncture treatment is given to tonify the organs behind the issues affecting the face. For example dark circles under the eyes are related to the liver and kidneys. Gua Sha, Cupping (small silicone cups) and acupressure massage are also performed.
